I wanted to add my compliments to Regional Sales Manager Eric Corbridge who was our primary contact throughout the purchase, the installation process, and his aftermarket assurances.
Eric was professional, courteous, patient and very thorough in demonstrating the nuances of the process. My wife wanted to save the planet and I wanted to save money. Somehow he mastered the perfect response to both.
Most importantly, he responded quickly on a weekend to take immediate action and alleviate my distress over the receipt of a tardy and inaccurate V3 document.
The final printed 20 page Solar Power Agreement arrived late on Friday in a non-descript / no return address white envelope just before our Monday installation. I almost failed to open it thinking it was trash, but did. The very last page contained the “Estimated Production Acknowledgement” containing my projected average monthly payment. The payment was higher than my current average over two years and clearly not what we had agreed on.
He answered my Saturday call immediately, accepted my concerns, made a correction to the number of panels to be installed (thus reducing my payment), emailed corrected papers and notified your V3 team in time for the early Monday morning installation of the solar panels. I was impressed. Moreover, I was happy.
And so I send my compliments to Eric and to your V3 management team for encouraging such great customer care.
